Those who were kept before the games were kept here. Some say you can hear their screams if you are dueling.

Field Effect: All monsters must wait 1 full turn after their original summoning to attack.

There's a loud pounding. Breaks break free and Julian steps out from an old prisoner escape hatch.

Dust and debris fills the air. Julian is coughing heavily and his eyes are watery.

"God, what a tortured place... It's like I can hear people..." He shivers.

He begins wandering around the facility. The building itself was relatively old, however the innards of it were still quite functional. Several goods he could tell had been left untouched. Canned food, bottled water, many useful necessities.

Julian continues exploring the scrapful prison.

After a day of exploring, Julian found several useful devices and old structures in the prison to be proved useful.

He found the working control panel that controlled all the working doors left inside the prison. Several more cases of food. And an old amulet that he couldn't leave alone.

On it, there was a large letter 'P'. It was almost as if the amulet was calling to him... It was irresistible... He couldn't put it down....

Trying to ignore it, he continued on with his search for reasons of his bringing here.

Wandering outside, Julian eventually sees foes looming in the distance.

"I suppose I should make sure they're not in any desperate situation...." He sneered, laughing.

Julian had been going crazy. He didn't know what it was, but something was going wrong.

Voices were speaking to him, and everywhere he looked, shadows and figures would appear and morph into different abominations.

He would slam him head against the prison's bricks screaming, but to no expense but his own.

"I... I.. I've got to get out of here!!!!!" He would scream as he ran down the halls.

He did so, finally finding his original port of entry. The sewers.

Darkness was approaching and Sorento and Victoria were now standing in what appeared to be an abandoned prison.

As the door squeaked closed behind them, a chill ran down Sorentos spine. Some thing about this place seemed off. His grip on his flute tightened.

"Victoria.." He mumbled, "this place.. Does something seem a little off?l he asked as he scanned the area.

"Something weird about it for sure but I don't know,"

"Victoria, wait!" a girl's voice echoed in her ear.

Turning around, Victoria could see a woman behind her, with long blonde hair topped by a pointed baby-blue hat with magenta trim. Her outfit was a mixture of the same blue coloured tunic with light armour trimming it, a pair of knee high boots, a matching set of bracers and a short pink skirt with a matching small cape. There was no denying that this girl was identical to the Dark Magician Girl, her favourite monster card.

"Did I leave you in the duel disk?" Victoria said aloud, unaware that the girl before was visible only to her.

Sorento looked over to Victoria.

"What is it?" He asked.

She turned from Dark Magician Girl, "I'm not nuts am I? You see I've got a Dark Magician Girl floating behind me yeah?"

She motioned to the spellcaster behind her, but all Sorento would see would be the forest from whence they came.

"Crazy? No, why?" He said confusedly.

"Hush!" Sorento suddenly whispered.

"Listen.." He whispered as his scanned the area frantically.

Victoria silenced herself, but stared back at Dark Magician Girl.

"Sorry master, I didn't mean to make you look foolish. I'm a spirit you see, only you can see me," she told Victoria.

"Fan-tucking-fastic," Victoria muttered, "What is it Sorento?" she whispered to him.

Sorento's eyes rapidly scanned every shadow, every cell, the entire room they were in, a bead of sweat running down his face.

The entire area was filled with whispers and screams, as if the room were filled with people chatting among themselves, but this wasn't just simple gossip between friends, the whispers were aggressive and vile, disembodied, no one was in the room with them.

Screams of terror rang out from many of the dark empty cells.

"What is going on here." He whispered to Victoria.

"This is creeping me out. Let's get out of here, Sorento," Victoria pleaded.

A shiver ran down her spine, as if someone were watching her every movement.

"Master, this place is filled with spirits of the dead, many of them malevolent in their intents," her Dark Magician Girl spirit commented, "I think you should leave quickly."

At the same moment, a loud shout echoed through the prison.

Sorento turned his gaze down the corridor.

"It came from over there.." Sorento Pointed.

He started his way over to where he heard the shout.

He found himself standing at a hole in the floor, with a ladder that descended down into a network of sewers, he could hear maniacal laughing and foot steps.

Victoria cautiously followed Sorento, "Where are we going? I said leave not go further in" Upon finding the sewer entry and hearing the strange, demented laughter, she looked at Sprento with a look of annoyance, "Oh that's very charming. I suppose you want to go down in there?""

He looked to Victoria and said, "Only if it's worth the risk..."

He looked back at the dark prison. "Or we can stay here.. or find another way out.." he said.

"Let's just get out of this creepy arse prison. It's starting to get to me with its sinister whispers and what not," she said before descending the sewer entrance, "I went first so you didn't get a view up my skirt."

She climbed down, Dark Magician Girl floated down beside her in a ball of light before remanifesting her form, "Tread cautiously master, you never know what you may find down here."

The Jester Confit slithers into the room, leaving a trail of black.

"It's time.." He says to himself.

Pride's eyes glow red.

"COME JULIAN, NOW!!"

Julian runs into the room with red eyes.

"Thank you sir.." Pride said smiling.

Jester Confit motioned him over and Julian walked over to the other side of the room, opposite of the entrance of the sewers.

"Soon..."

"Incredible..." He says to himself.

A voice speaks from the two souls.

"Congratulations sir, you're in need of only one more soul to enter the finals. Good luck..."

Julian grasps his face again. Pride grinned.

"Things are about to get very interesting..."
